REFUND AND PRIVACY POLICY

We do not sell or trade your personal information to third parties for any reason. Sports Monitor Incorporated never has and never will compromise the privacy of our current or past members.  However, we do reserve the right to collect payment if the buyer is in default. We reserve the right to send your account balance information to a qualified collection agency or use any legal and proper means of securing funds owed to Sports Monitor, Inc. When the buyer is in default by the specified due date, it may result in an interruption of service. We are an information delivery service and due to the nature of information we distribute and the inherent risk involved in possible speculation, we do not refund payments for service.
